Reorganize PDF documents

PDF page management
With webPDF, PDF documents can be reorganized quickly. You can rotate, reorder, and remove pages. In the webPDF web portal, this can be done via drag-and-drop directly in the document or through the Pages tab.
All described functions are also available via web services.
Organize pages in the webPDF web portal
In many companies, existing PDF files must be edited and archived, not just created. Especially after scanning, pages often need to be rotated or moved.
For this purpose, the webPDF portal provides Rotate and related page tools. You can adjust the document layout as needed, even if users do not work with PDF files every day.
Accessing page tools
Use the Pages tab to open functions such as:
- Rotate
- Delete
- Move
- Split
You can rotate one or more pages clockwise, counterclockwise, or by 180 degrees. You can also target only portrait/landscape pages or only even/odd pages.
Split pages
With Split, you select a page range and create a new document from that range.
The split dialog offers:
- Last page: Include all pages up to the selected page.
- First page: Include all pages starting from the selected page.
- Page list: Include only selected pages.
You can adjust the page order before creating the new PDF.
Background settings
In addition to rotate/delete/split, you can configure a background:
- Solid color background
- Background image
- Page selection for background placement
- Position, rotation, opacity, and color settings
Add pages by merging documents
You can add pages by combining uploaded PDF files.
Choose where to insert one document into another:
- At the beginning or end
- Before or after a specific page
- Replace a specific page with selected content
After clicking Execute, the edited PDF is replaced by the new version in the file list.
