Creating a PDF portfolio

A PDF portfolio lets you combine documents in different formats in a single collection container.
What is a PDF portfolio?
A PDF portfolio can be seen as the equivalent of a ZIP file. PDF documents and other file types can be grouped together while keeping their original formats.
The key advantage is flexibility: files from different applications can be bundled into one package, including text documents, emails, spreadsheets, presentations, videos, and more. Individual components can be added or removed at any time.
A PDF portfolio can also include folder structures (similar to ZIP files). Since a PDF portfolio does not comply with the PDF/A standard, it is not suitable for long-term archiving.
Combining documents into a PDF portfolio with webPDF
Using the webPDF web portal, you can upload documents via the document manager and then convert them into a portfolio or assign them to an existing portfolio. In list view, you can see created portfolios and the files and folders they contain.
You can switch to the original directory at any time, create folders, add files, remove files, and extract/download files or folders from a portfolio.
You also get a preview of the portfolio contents. The files and folders are shown in the left navigation area.
By clicking a document tab, you can open and review the corresponding content.
